Return & Refund Policy

All code red high vis and standard, undecorated products can returned within 90 days for any reason! Please see below for more details.
This policy is applicable only for products purchased on www.workdepot.com.au
The return policy is only suitable for any products purchased on this website. It does not apply to our branded products that may be sold via other channels. You must have purchased the item and received an invoice from our company website directly.
When will we cover return costs?
We will cover all returns costs in these cases, including providing you with a courier label and organise the pickup and return to our warehouse:
- Arrived damaged
If your product is damaged on the way, either via the courier or other incorrect handling.
- Missing parts
If your product parts are defective or missing, we can send you the replacement parts or organise a return.
3. Wrong items
If you received a different product from the one you ordered, we will send you the correct items and organise pickup of the incorrect items.
- Doesn't work or defective
If the product you ordered does not work the way it's designed, we will send you a replacement a organise pickup of the defective item.
You will need to cover the return cost to us (or drop off at our warehouse) when this happens:
We always will accept returns within 60 days (or 75 days for the holiday period in December) but you may need to cover the cost of the return when:
1. Change of mind
If you have already received the item but changed your mind and don't want it anymore. Ordered it by mistake, change of mind, or you have found a cheaper price, we will take the item back, but you will need to cover the cost of the return, or drop it off at our warehouse.
2. Doesn't fit
If the size of the product you received does not fit, we are unable to collect the items as we have clear sizing charts for each product.
How to return the original product?
- Pickup No return Label via company driver
When you ask for the return, our customer servicer notifies you that we will pick up the original item. You can reply to us with the scheduled pickup time; if you don't respond to it, then wait 1-2 days, and we will provide you a scheduled time.
- Standard return via courier
We will send you a return label which needs to be attached to the box
What happens after I've returned the items
- If you want a replacement, you can notify us to send you the new items after we have received the
- If you want to refund it, after the original product has arrived at our warehouse, you can inform us of a refund.
Note: All explaining authorization belongs to us. If you have any problem, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Refund policy
Every product is backed by a 12-month warranty and a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. Exceptional circumstances will be listed clearly in the listing. If you need to return a product and get a refund, please contact us for a free shipping label and ship it back.
Please note that for CodeRed and GoVests products, we do not charge a return handling or restocking fee.
For items from other suppliers, please note that a return handling or restocking fee will be applicable, based on the supplier.
Satisfying Guarantee for Every Purchase
Dear customer, If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from workdepot.com.au, please contact us before applying for a return or refund. A prompt exchange should be issued within 60 days of delivery in original packaging and with proof of purchase from Vevor.
If you are shipping the product
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original package.
Stick the shipping label we offered on the outside of the satchel or carton.
The refund will be processed after the item is received by our warehouse staff, which is confirmed to be unopened and in good condition.
You should ship the item back to our warehouse, and you must choose the right warehouse. If you don't know the correct warehouse, please contact us.
How long you will receive the refund money?
- If you paid by credit card, you will receive a refund within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (as per the customer-owner credit card company transferring time).
- If you paid through a Bank Transfer, please advise us of the bank details. You will receive a refund within 3-5 days after receiving the refund email.
